The pride of Gardnerville Chocolate City all star has been eliminated from the quarter final of the Alexander Sonpon Sponsored Peace Tournament. Chocolate City all star bid departed the Tournament following the 2-0 defeat to the Tusa field all star on Sunday April 25, 2010 at the Tusa field sports complex. In the 25 minutes of the first half Toga Jackson of Adorn F.C scored the first goal which encouraged his team mates to put more pressure on their opponents. The all star of chocolate city started the game with confidence, putting more pressure when they had their first real chance on goal the striker Sheriff Kollie navigated mid way and unleashed a crispy shot that forced a beautiful save from the goal keeper of the Tusa field all star.

LFA Appoints Edwin Snowe
The Liberia Football Association has appointed its former president Edwin Melvin Snowe as chairperson of a committee responsible to draw up plans to take football activities from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and cultivate cordiality between the Ministry and the LFA.The committee of the former influential LFA president is to ensure that the full management of the various National Football Teams of the country is passed onto the LFA.
